## About the role

We're looking for a Senior Member of Technical Staff to serve as a key engineering leader driving Blitzy's technical strategy and execution. You'll partner directly with our CTO to scale our engineering organization, and ensure we're building an autonomous software development platform that performs at the highest levels of quality, reliability, and speed.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering leadership roles, MBA or equivalent business acumen is a plus
- Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams at high-growth technology companies
- Deep technical expertise across modern software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience managing engineering managers and building leadership benches
- Strong track record of shipping complex software products on predictable timelines
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and Boards
