## About the role

We’re looking for a Product GTM Operations Manager to join the GTM Programs & Product Intelligence team within the Revenue organization. In this role, you’ll help build and manage the operating systems that connect go-to-market teams with our technical partners. You’ll support how new products and capabilities are planned, launched, measured, and improved across Revenue, while helping ensure customer, seller, and field insights are translated into clear priorities.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in program management, operations, go-to-market, product operations, sales operations, consulting, or a related field
- Experience supporting cross-functional programs involving Product, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Analytics, Operations, Finance, or other GTM teams
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, stakeholders, and follow-ups
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate complex work into clear plans, owners, and next steps
- Strong communication skills, including clear status updates, meeting notes, decision logs, leadership summaries, and partner-facing resources
- Comfort working with operational data, customer or field feedback, and qualitative inputs to identify patterns and align stakeholders
