## About the role

The Go-To-Market Strategic Finance team partners with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Product, and Data to shape how we invest in growth. As Senior Finance Manager, Commerce Go-to-Market, you will partner with the Global Head of Revenue for Cash App, Afterpay, and Clearpay. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment analysis for the organization.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis, sales or go-to-market finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, or another commercial organization
- Experience leading financial planning and performance analysis, with strong modeling skills across forecasting, resource allocation, scenario analysis, and investment returns
- Strong analytical ability, experience working with complex models, large datasets, and analysis tools (SQL, Python)
- AI-fluency including analysis, insight generation, process automation and improvement
- Experience in payments, financial technology, merchant services, marketplaces, commerce, or another transaction-based business is helpful
