We are looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our Operations team based in Dallas.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems engineering, with a track record of operating independently and thriving under pressure in fast-paced environments
- A high degree of security awareness and current knowledge of best practices
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing and competing demands
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, routing, and firewalls, hands-on experience with Meraki or similar enterprise networking platforms
- Superb problem-solving abilities with a calm, methodical approach to complex incidents
