## About the role

As we prepare for our next phase of growth, including a potential transition from a private to a public company, we are seeking an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to manage our global equity programs. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and scalability of our stock administration function during a pivotal time for the company. You will be a key member of the Legal and Finance teams, supporting our employees and stakeholders through this exciting evolution.

## What they're looking for

- A minimum of 5-8 years of direct experience in stock plan administration
- Crucial: Experience managing equity plans through a company’s transition from private to public (IPO, SPAC, or direct listing)
- Deep expertise with equity administration platforms, particularly Carta
- Strong knowledge of public company equity administration, including SEC regulations, Section 16 filings, Rule 144, and 10b5-1 plans
- Familiarity with the accounting (ASC 718) and tax implications of equity compensation plans
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, HR, and Finance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
