## About the role

The Finance team at Blockstream plays an integral part in scaling the world's leading Bitcoin infrastructure company. We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team with a key role in driving financial strategy across our Consumer Products, and, Enterprise Solutions divisions.

## What they're looking for

- 4–7+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, GPT, Gemini) to automate or accelerate financial analysis workflows, not just as a chat interface, but as an operational layer
- Advanced financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets, ability to build dynamic, scenario-driven models from scratch
- Exceptional communication skills — you can write a board narrative and present to a CFO without hand-holding
- Highly organized, capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Understanding of Bitcoin fundamentals and cryptocurrency markets
