## About the role

As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager/Director of Finance to build and lead Blooming Health’s finance function through our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will be based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast and will be able to travel to our NYC office monthly or as needed.

## What they're looking for

- CPA Certification: Active CPA license is strongly preferred (not required)
- Finance & Accounting Leadership Experience: 6+ years of progressive finance, accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or operational finance experience, including ownership of core finance functions and leadership responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario planning, and executive reporting processes within a growing organization
- Technical Accounting & Financial Operations: Deep understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, accounting controls, audit processes, compliance requirements, and financial operations best practices
- Strategic Business Partnership: Proven ability to influence decision-making through financial analysis and business insights while effectively partnering with senior leaders across multiple functions
- Financial Modeling & Analytical Skills: Exceptional financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis capabilities with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
