## About the role

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to senior technology and digital leaders, helping customers understand how Bloomreach can fit into - and enhance - their existing technology ecosystem.

## What they're looking for

- Significant experience in a senior customer-facing technical role within enterprise software, SaaS, commerce, MarTech, data or digital experience
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture and cloud platforms, including technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, lakehouses and CDPs
- Strong understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, data flows, identity resolution, customer profiles and real-time activation
- Understanding of enterprise MarTech and commerce ecosystems, including CRM, ESPs, personalization, marketing automation and commerce platforms
- Experience with enterprise cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure
- Understanding of modern commerce architectures, APIs, microservices, composable commerce and cloud-native technologies
