## About the role

As our products continue to evolve and our customer base grows, we are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant who can lead the technical implementation of our Bloomreach Marketing and Search platforms ensuring customer success and delivering value from day one. This role combines the jobs of a technical engineering lead and a consultant.

## What they're looking for

- Effectively communicate project requirements with a diverse group of roles within our customer's organization
- Consulting customers on data architecture, data mapping best practices and recommendations, and leading technical calls as needed
- Lead the technical integration of our products using web technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
- Help identify, troubleshoot, and address technical risks and issues with web service integrations, from web and mobile front­end issues to back­end performance optimizations
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of our products and how they can be leveraged to meet customer requirements
- Use Bloomreach tools and dashboards to demonstrate features to Customers and to provide high level overviews of functionalities available
