## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 4-5+ years of relevant experience
- Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education
- Has fundamental understanding and shows a genuine motivation and curiosity for the aerospace/space industry at large
- Proficient working on interdisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical and software engineers
- Strong written and verbal communications skills and willingness to share and transfer knowledge. Able to work well in a face-paced, dynamic team setting
