- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- Experience in the Aerospace Industry preferred
- Strong working knowledge of the FAR/DFARS and experience administering government and commercial contracts/subcontracts
- Experience with fixed price, cost reimbursable, award fee and incentive fee contracts
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
