## About the role

This role spans all levels of leadership — from defining broad product vision and company strategy to developing detailed specs and guiding implementation. As both a strategic driver and an empowering manager, you will be the executive force behind our product's success, responsible for aligning the organization around customer needs and ensuring we're building the right solutions to solve real problems at scale.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a VP or senior product leadership role, with a mix of startup and enterprise environments preferred
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams, including hiring, developing, and retaining top product talent
- Proven 0-to-1 product experience, including defining a product from scratch, navigating ambiguity, and driving successful first launches
- Demonstrated success launching and scaling SaaS products, with experience in AI-driven or marketing technology platforms strongly preferred
- Executive presence and communication skills — ability to influence the board, inspire the company, align cross-functional leaders, and build confidence with customers and partners
- Strong technical acumen — comfortable working closely with engineers, understanding system architecture, and making sound build/buy/partner decisions
