## About the role

Blumira is seeking a proactive Solution Engineer, Post-Sales to serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers throughout their cybersecurity journey. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic consulting to help organizations successfully implement Blumira's security solutions, optimize their security posture, and realize maximum value from their investment.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience successfully implementing security solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with focus on SIEM, security monitoring, or incident response
- 3+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Security Operations
- Strong understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and threat detection technologies
- Deep technical knowledge in the use, troubleshooting, and configuration of Cisco, Palo Alto, Watchguard, and/or Checkpoint firewalls
