## About the role

We're hiring a Senior Brand Designer to own how Boldin shows up in the world — from first impression to everyday use of the product.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of brand design experience, including meaningful in-house work at product companies (fintech or other trust-heavy domains a plus)
- A portfolio showing exceptional craft across typography, layout, color, and motion, including brand systems you built, scaled, or evolved
- Experience owning a brand's creative direction, including at least one rebrand or brand evolution you led from concept through rollout
- Active use of AI in your creative workflow, from ideation to production pipelines, with shipped work and a clear point of view on where AI accelerates and where human judgment matters
- Outcomes driven: comfortable tying creative work to marketing tests and business results, and adjusting based on what you learn
- Experience partnering directly with founders, executives, and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving startup environment
