## About the role

We’re looking for our first Product hire who will own BoldVoice’s product end-to-end. This is not a “write PRDs” role. This is deep ownership of the user experience: what appears in the app, the learning flow, the AI interactions, and the features that move our business. You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with engineering, design, and ML, driving features from insight into the hands of users.

## What they're looking for

- 5–10+ years of product experience OR ex-founder with strong product chops
- A portfolio of shipped features in consumer apps (mobile preferred)
- A deep sense of product taste and UX intuition
- A bias to action: fast, decisive, comfortable shipping and iterating
- Ability to simplify complexity and turn it into intuitive user experiences
- Comfort working closely with engineers, designers, ML teams, and leadership
