Bonusly is looking for a people-first Senior Recruiter with a specialization in recruiting for tech start-ups. This role comes with a passion for wearing multiple hats and experience supporting the broader HR Generalist responsibilities. We’re seeking someone who can manage both technical and non-technical full-cycle recruiting efforts while supporting key people operations and light IT tasks. ## What they're looking for

- Manage full-cycle global recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand function-specific needs and org design alongside VP, People, define hiring strategies, and deliver top talent
- Develop creative strategies and messaging for engaging top-of-funnel talent across disciplines representing Bonusly’s brand, values and culture
- Build relationships with candidates and strong pipeline for key roles proactively so we are ready to hire and can engage with key talent (even when roles may open down the road)
- Proactively measure key recruiting metrics, such as time to hire, quality of hires, funnel conversion rates to help make data-driven decisions and improve our processes / candidate experience
- Coordinate and facilitate a welcoming and consistent on-boarding experience for new hires
