## About the role

Bonusly is looking for a people-first Senior HR Generalist with a specialization in recruiting for tech start-ups. We’re seeking someone who can manage both technical and non-technical full-cycle recruiting efforts while supporting key people operations and light IT tasks. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the employee journey — from the first interview through onboarding and beyond.

## What they're looking for

- Manage full-cycle global recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand function-specific needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver top talent
- Develop creative strategies and messaging for engaging top-of-funnel talent across disciplines representing Bonusly’s brand, values and culture
- Coordinate and facilitate a welcoming and consistent onboarding experience for new hires
- Support employee offboarding to ensure a smooth, professional transition
- Assist with light IT & administrative tasks such as account creation, access provisioning, and coordination with internal systems to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
