## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or business development (B2B SaaS required), with hands-on partnership or channel experience
- Data-driven experimenter: you can attribute pipeline to a source, run a test, and explain the results in plain English
- A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly and keeps it, from founders at small vendors to execs at large platforms
- Extremely organized with a high degree of ownership, you track every commitment and follow up without being asked
- Willingness to be out front with customers - pick up the phone, jump on a plane, etc
- Experience running a referral, affiliate, or partner incentive program, including tracking and payouts
