Design intuitive experiences across BoomScreen's web and mobile products, from applicant-facing screening flows to internal tools used by property managers Turn ambiguous problems into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in product/UX design, ideally on digital products with both web and mobile surfaces
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Solid grounding in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and usability feedback
- Experience working directly with engineers to take designs from concept to shipped product
- Understanding of design systems and how to design within (and extend) a component library
- Strong communication skills, including explaining design decisions and taking feedback from stakeholders
