## About the role

We are hiring a Buyer to own the procurement of materials, components, and services that keep our production moving. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, drive cost savings, and make sure the right parts are available at the right time. This is not a passive order-placement role — you will actively shape how and where we buy.

## What they're looking for

- Source (RFQs/RFPs), evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, components, and services across assigned categories. Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms
- Perform cost analysis and comparison to ensure best value across all purchases of goods and services
- Issue and manage purchase orders from creation through delivery and invoice resolution
- Host and conduct supplier status calls for make-to-spec procurements
- Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to understand material needs and align procurement strategy
- Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities across your spend categories
