## About the role

This isn’t your standard design role. At Boom, we aren’t just building a brand; we are building the future of human connection by bringing back supersonic flight. We’ve already made history with XB-1, and now we are scaling that breakthrough across Overture, Symphony, and Superpower.

## What they're looking for

- From high-fidelity digital assets to facility graphics and premium, non-traditional "wow" gifts, you will own the visual output of the company
- You will build the master templates, style guides, and design systems that allow our brand to scale without losing its soul
- You’ll spend time on our shop floor and in our test facilities, working alongside engineers to turn complex technical data into accurate, beautiful, and refined visual communications of our engineering milestones
- You’ll manage elite vendor relationships, performing press checks and material tests to ensure that every physical object Boom produces meets our "Supersonic Wow" bar
- You value restraint. You understand that negative space and clean typography are as powerful as a full-bleed render. You build "Elevated Design," prioritizing sophistication and hierarchy over visual clutter
- You think in frameworks. You take pride in organized asset libraries and naming conventions because you know that a small, fast team requires an impeccable digital foundation to scale
