## About the role

This position will have a salary range of $115,000 - $135,000 annually. In addition to the base rate, the position will have an annual bonus potential of 0% - 6% of annual salary based company performance.

## What they're looking for

- Experience developing new products for mature, competitive, industrial markets
- Up to 5 years of experience designing electromechanical products for low to medium volume serial production
- Experience using 3D CAD to create mechanical designs – CREO/PDM preferred, experience with other major 3D CAD systems is minimum requirement
- Experience Managing Projects Cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment
- Education: 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME, BSET, or equivalent). Or Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience
- Experience with Tolerance analysis and GD&T
