## What they're looking for

- A genuine pulse on culture and industry trends, with the creative instinct to translate that into memorable, on-brand experiences, whether a trade show booth or an intimate dinner
- Exposure to pre- and post-event marketing campaigns, and experience tracking and reporting on leads, pipeline, and ROI and tying it back to business goals
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple projects and timelines, ideally using a project management tool like Asana
- Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve when on-site logistics don't go according to plan
- Comfortable representing Boulevard in person and building relationships with vendors, customers, and prospects
- Experience working in a CRM such as Salesforce for lead and data tracking
