## What they're looking for

- 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations or a technical automation role within B2B SaaS
- Experience building and iterating on standalone internal tools/applications, with hands-on proficiency in Claude Code preferred
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience supporting a scaling B2B GTM organization with high outbound motion and fast sales cycle
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and strong understanding of CRM architecture, object relationships, and lifecycle design. Admin experience preferred but not required
- Direct experience building workflows in Clay and LeanData
