## What they're looking for

- Extensive IT experience: 10+ years of progressive experience across corporate IT, enterprise technology, IT operations, workplace technology, or related disciplines
- High-growth SaaS expertise: Experience operating in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment and adapting systems and processes as organizational needs evolve
- Deep technical breadth: Strong expertise across identity and access management, endpoint management, SaaS administration, asset lifecycle management, and IT service delivery
- Player-coach approach: The ability to balance hands-on technical execution with functional leadership, mentorship, prioritization, and long-term planning
