## About the role

Token & AI Usage Modeling: Build, maintain, and refine quantitative models tracking AI token consumption, prompt/completion ratios, caching efficiencies, and model inference costs across multiple AI model providers and workloads. Cloud & Infrastructure Spend Analytics: Analyze compute, storage, and infrastructure spend trends across cloud platforms (e.g., GCP/AWS), identifying key cost drivers and variances against forecast.

- Education & Focus: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Passion for AI & Emerging Tech: Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and AI token economics
- Proficiency in SQL and querying large relational datasets/data warehouses (experience with Google BigQuery is a strong plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets with experience building structured quantitative or financial models
- Analytical Problem Solver: Strong quantitative reasoning and structured thinking with the ability to transform high-volume telemetry and usage logs into clean, interpretable financial insights
