## What they're looking for

- You hold a degree in a relevant technical field or have equivalent practical experience, plus 6+ years in software, automation, or IT platform engineering
- You have proven ability to independently design, deliver, and operate secure, maintainable solutions in an enterprise production environment
- You bring hands-on experience building web applications, APIs, integrations, and automations, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language
- You have working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/OIDC, SaaS integration, identity lifecycle management, access controls, and secure application practices
- You demonstrate strong technical judgment, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills in a geographically distributed environment
- You have experience administering or supporting enterprise AI platforms such as Gemini Enterprise, Claude, OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot, including AI governance, safe-use guidance, and evaluation. (Preferred)
