## What they're looking for

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, or a related field
- You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or platform/networking engineering
- You have hands-on experience with load balancers (L4/L7), AWS, and Kubernetes in production environments
- Strong proficiency with at least one of: Go, Java, C/C++, or Rust, adept at designing reliable, observable services
- You have a track record of delivering technical solutions end-to-end — owning problems from design through rollout and measuring their impact
- You have experience mentoring engineers and contributing to the technical growth of a team
