- People-first engineering leader with 2+ years of engineering management experience and strong technical background
- You possess at least 5 years of professional software development experience building full-stack web applications, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript and Java
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures
- Comfortable operating across both backend and frontend concepts (full-stack awareness)
- Strong technical judgment — able to evaluate system design decisions, trade-offs, and engineering approaches
- Experience working in data-driven environments (metrics such as velocity, predictability, delivery performance)
