## About the role

Lead the team: Set priorities, ownership, accountability, and development opportunities for Procurement Intelligence & Operations.

## What they're looking for

- You have 5–7+ years of experience in procurement, procurement operations, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, finance operations, or a related function. T&E and corp card experience is a plus
- You have people leadership experience: You have managed a team of 5+, with a track record of creating accountability, developing talent, and enabling teams to perform at a high level
- You thrive in ambiguity: You're comfortable navigating change and prioritizing across multiple concurrent programs without a predetermined answer
- You have strong source-to-pay and procure-to-pay knowledge: You understand S2P/P2P processes, policies, controls, and operational best practices end to end
- You influence cross-functionally: You have experience partnering with teams such as Controllership, Legal, IT, Enterprise Systems, Strategic Sourcing, Risk, or Security and can drive alignment without relying on authority
- You are strategic but hands-on: You can set direction for the function while staying close enough to the work to see where processes, systems, and handoffs are breaking down
