## About the role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer. You will play a critical role in shaping both the visual and structural design of complex, AI-driven software products. Your contributions will directly influence the company’s trajectory and the success of our innovative product suite. Lead end-to-end design efforts, including UX research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and testing.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of professional experience in software product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions for complex enterprise software
- Proven experience designing visually appealing, workflow-oriented products that significantly improve user productivity
- Exceptional skills in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Rive, Framer)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and accessibility standards
- Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced, agile, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
