## About the role

As our Financial Operations Manager, reporting to our Head of Finance, you'll run the daily mechanics of money movement: merchant settlement, liquidity positioning across our banking and custody footprint, and the funding decisions that keep payouts on schedule in every currency and every entity we operate in.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in financial operations, treasury operations, or payment operations
- Hands-on experience executing payments across multiple rails (wire, ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, or local equivalents) in a controlled environment
- Multi-currency and multi-entity experience, including FX execution and intercompany funding
- Demonstrated ownership of cash positioning and short-term forecasting
- Strong reconciliation instincts and genuine comfort with high-volume transaction data
- Advanced Excel, with real comfort working with large transaction-level datasets from processors or core banking systems
