## About the role

As our People Programs Lead, you will be the face of employee onboarding, owning the entire new hire journey end-to-end to empower, equip, and enable Brex employees. You’ll serve as the primary host and first friendly face new hires meet, blending operational excellence with engaging facilitation both in our hubs and remotely.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on program management experience within Talent Management, People Operations, or L&D, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
- Facilitation & Presentation: Outstanding communication skills and a passion for leading engaging, high-energy facilitation sessions both in-person and remotely
- Cross-Functional Operations: Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, Workplace, Recruiting) and independently resolve ad-hoc operational scenarios
- Data & Analytics Fluency: Comfort pulling and analyzing both qualitative survey feedback and quantitative metrics to validate program health and drive iteration
- Ownership Mindset: A proactive, "utility player" attitude with strong attention to detail and a track record of driving initiatives independently
