## About the role

We are seeking program management leadership to support the BridgeBio Neuromuscular team and the late-stage development and launch of BBP-418. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to organize program priorities, support cross-functional collaboration and support high-quality execution. This position will be responsible for developing, organizing, managing, and driving integrated product development plans.

- Oversee all program management activities, including planning, decision making, metrics reporting, and global risk management related to our program(s)
- Foster leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen while setting high standards that drive alignment, collaboration, accountability, and goal achievement within Program teams
- Identify and champion best practices in BBS Program Management, including the use of dashboards, templates, tools, and processes to drive efficiency, alignment, and effective planning
- Reporting and presentation of program information to the Executive Team, functional heads, and other key stakeholders
- Contribute to long-range planning (LRP) and budgetary planning at the program level
- Clearly and proactively anticipate, identify, track, communicate, and propose resolution options for discrepancies in priorities and plans, prioritize complex and multiple/conflicting responsibilities and/or issues
