## About the role

Will serve as the primary owner of day-to-day transfer pricing across BridgeBio and its affiliates. The role will also lead the tax consolidation, effective tax rate, and cash-tax forecasting processes that depend on—and provide visibility into—transfer pricing outcomes.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, an advanced degree is a plus
- Eight or more years of progressive transfer pricing, international tax, tax reporting, or tax analytics experience, preferably including a combination of public accounting or consulting and in-house experience
- Demonstrated experience preparing or managing consolidated ETR forecasts, cash-tax forecasts, tax scenario models, or comparable multi-entity tax analyses
- Strong understanding of U.S. corporate and international tax concepts, ASC 740 rate drivers, tax attributes, and the relationship among forecasts, provisions, tax returns, and cash payments
- Intellectually curious and highly analytical, with the persistence to trace data from source to conclusion and resolve inconsistencies
- Able to manage recurring cycles and unplanned requests simultaneously while remaining calm and effective under pressure
