## About the role

We're hiring a Head of AI Deployment to lead a team of 4–6 in turning Gryps deployments into measurable value for our customers. You'll own the full post-sale relationship: understanding each customer's program, designing the data strategy behind their deployment, identifying the use cases that matter most, guiding the implementation team to fast, repeatable time to value, and measuring the success of the deployment.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of construction domain experience , with a deep understanding of how capital projects are planned, delivered, and closed out, and the data that flows through each phase
- An engineering or quantitative background , such as a degree in civil, mechanical, or construction engineering, construction management, or another analytical field, plus comfort reasoning about data structures, metrics, and systems
- Executive presence. You're credible with senior owner leadership, can run a boardroom conversation, and can hold a point of view under pressure
- A track record of coaching early-career professionals and building teams that measurably improve under your leadership
- Clear, structured communication , written and verbal. You explain complex technical and data concepts simply to field teams and executives alike
- Experience designing data strategies , or a proven ability to connect business problems to data sources, workflows, and outcomes
