## About the role

We’re looking for a part-time Content Creation Associate to join us in San Clemente weekly. This is a hands-on, real-work role, rather than a “watch and learn” internship. You’ll be doing the actual shooting and editing that feeds Samantha’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. This role reports to the Head of Content. Edit short-form clips from Commerce is Chaos podcast episodes for LinkedIn and social: punchy, well-paced, no fluff

## What they're looking for

- You should be within driving distance of San Clemente and able to commit to weekly on-site hours. The rest of the work is remote. This role is part-time (roughly 10–15 hours/week) with flexibility around your schedule
- Bonus if you have an eye for what performs on short-form video
