## About the role

BrightEdge is growing, and we are looking for a sharp, problem-solving Senior Analyst of Revenue Operations who knows "what good looks like" and is eager to help optimize and scale our go-to-market engine.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, or business/revenue/sales operations, with a demonstrated track record of analyzing business processes and delivering measurable improvements
- Proven ability to break down complex business problems, map operational workflows, and design pragmatic, scalable solutions
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual presentation skills, comfortable presenting findings, frameworks, and recommendations to senior leaders
- Project Management Rigor: Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, drive cross-functional alignment, and see initiatives through to completion
- Industry Background: Prior experience in or exposure to SaaS/technology is a plus but not required for candidates with strong consulting fundamentals
- Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or any related field
