## About the role

Financial stress is a leading source of stress and anxiety for millions of hard working Americans. As the VP of Product at Brigit, you’ll lead the product organization responsible for addressing these challenges while helping scale a substantial consumer fintech business. Reporting to the Co-head of Brigit , the Head of Product is a critical senior leadership role with responsibility across product management, design, and user research for Brigit's entire suite of products.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of product management experience, including experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of scaling consumer products and driving strategy and execution across multiple product areas
- 3+ years experience in product leadership in an early-stage technology company
- 5+ years of experience working in consumer mobile products
- A passion for making a social impact and helping build a business that dramatically improves people’s lives
- Experience leading and nurturing a product organization - fostering a culture of empowered, autonomous product teams, driving innovation and accountability
- You make data-informed decisions, and can balance that with a deep intuition of how users engage with a product or feature—you can rapidly validate and revise your hypotheses
