## About the role

Brigit is looking for a Senior IT Operations Manage r to build, mature, and scale our internal IT Operations function. You'll partner closely with our VP of Engineering, Security, Compliance, and People teams to develop and execute Brigit's IT strategy.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in IT, with 2+ years at a fast-growing tech company or startup environment required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (ideally GCP)
- Experience managing an IDP Platform such as Okta
- Experience managing a managed service provider (MSP) such as Rippling
- Experience with Jira for help desk or project management is a plus
