## About the role

BRINC is seeking a high-performing Account Executive with experience selling complex technology solutions into Fire/EMS. This role is an exciting opportunity to be hands on in expanding the adoption of drone technology throughout the fire service. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to fire departments, EMS agencies, USAR teams, HazMat teams, and emergency management organizations, helping them evaluate, implement, and grow public safety UAS programs.

## What they're looking for

- Enterprise-level, quota-carrying field sales experience with a consistent record of 85%+ quota attainment selling into the fire service
- Demonstrated success selling technology solutions into the fire service
- Strong relationships with Fire Chiefs, command staff, elected officials, and executive leadership
- Deep understanding of Fire/EMS operations, command structures, and emergency response environments
- Experienced in discussing deployment models, dispatch integration, operational workflows, budgeting, procurement, and agency capabilities
- Excellent client service skills: professional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder alignment
