## About the role

As the Senior Accounting Manager at BRINC, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will own the day-to-day accounting function and work closely with others on the finance & operations team as well as other departments to maintain accurate financial records, analyze & report data, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. You will own the preparation for our first audit.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA certification preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, combined with hands-on knowledge of manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and proficiency in financial reporting
- Demonstrated experience managing an audit process, including selection of and interaction with external auditors
- Hands-on experience implementing financial systems (AR/AP tools or an ERP) to streamline finance & accounting operations
