## About the role

Conduct job, task, knowledge, and skills analysis to determine learning and performance needs, and work with senior management and employees to identify these needs per business priorities. Lead the design and implementation of curriculum and develop appropriate plans to assist in achieving organizational goals, including working with external vendors to ensure learning content is tailored to Broadcom culture and practices.

- Bachelors and 8+ years of related experience, or Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience
- Five or more years of experience in an instructional design role
- Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
