## About the role

As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll work directly on the most important analytical problems facing the business. Broccoli is growing fast, and the number of questions that matter is growing faster: which customers are healthiest and why, where we're leaving revenue on the table, what's actually driving performance across hundreds of contractors.

## What they're looking for

- 3–6 years of experience at a top consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, or comparable) with hands-on experience working with data
- Passion for exploring and applying the latest AI tools and technologies to solve real business problems
- High-ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excited to work in-person five days per week with the team in San Francisco
