## About the role

Oversee contractor-led installations and commissioning of battery energy storage systems and associated electrical infrastructure, ensuring all work meets company standards for quality and safety, stays on schedule, and is delivered within budget across complex, multisite projects nationwide.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 4 years in project management, preferably in battery energy storage, solar, or electrical construction
- 1-2 years in energy/construction management ideally working with utility or city municipalities
- Experience managing subcontractors overseeing electrical, energy storage, or construction projects
- Working knowledge of battery energy storage systems, inverters, switchgear, metering, and utility interconnection processes
- Familiarity with applicable codes and standards, including the NEC, NFPA 855, and UL 9540, and with local permitting and inspection processes, preferred
