## About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Delivery Project Manager to join our growing Delivery team in a pivotal year of scale. In this role, you will own project setup, execution, and ongoing system maintenance—ensuring our internal teams stay aligned and our system is fully enabled to deliver a seamless client experience and long-term value.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex, technical projects in fast-paced, global technology environments, including distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- PMP certification (or equivalent project management training) is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira preferred)
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and designing automated workflows to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills - a people-oriented leader with charisma and the ability to inspire collaboration and trust
