## What they're looking for

- Own design execution for features and workflows across Built’s platform — from discovery through delivery — including the draw management, budget tracking, and compliance surfaces that lenders and borrowers depend on
- Lead user research activities including customer interviews, usability tests, and synthesis sessions — becoming a genuine expert in how lenders, owners, contractors, and inspectors use Built
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups with increasing complexity — choosing the right fidelity for the question at hand rather than defaulting to one approach
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible, well-understood, and implemented with fidelity to intent
- Contribute to and maintain the design system, identifying opportunities to improve shared components and patterns across the product portfolio
- Support more junior designers through informal feedback and collaboration, sharing your process and approach openly
