## About the role

You will be a leader in the field, responsible for deploying our autonomous equipment and working closely with our partners to ensure that they can operate our products and seamlessly integrate them into their operations. You will identify opportunities to improve the user experience, deploy more robots, and ensure our robots deliver value to our customers. This will also involve establishing a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, priorities, and processes.

## What they're looking for

- BS in a technical field or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience working with, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and machinery
- Excellent hands-on technical ability, including prototype design and fabrication, soldering, metalworking and woodworking
- Very strong communication skills, especially with operators and customers
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in new situations, pick up new skills, and do what it takes to get the job done
