Built is transforming how capital moves through construction and real estate finance — one of the largest, most complex sectors in the economy. Our platform connects lenders, including many of the top U.S. banks, with the owners, developers, and general contractors they finance. When a draw is approved, a builder can pay subcontractors. When a compliance document clears, a project moves forward.

## What they're looking for

- Own the largest and most complex client implementations independently — driving success across technical, organizational, and commercial dimensions from kickoff through stabilization
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on organizational change, training strategy, and platform adoption, guide clients through transformational implementations with authority and care
- Design and implement standardized methodologies, templates, and playbooks that improve delivery speed and consistency across all implementations in the function
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting to solve novel implementation challenges and expand Built's service capabilities
- Serve as an escalation point for high-risk or high-impact projects — diagnosing root causes, driving resolution, and ensuring the client relationship remains intact
- Identify and own key performance metrics for implementation health, use data to drive decisions that optimize efficiency and client satisfaction across the portfolio
