## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within digital advertising, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or financial analytics
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on financial modeling, ad performance, campaign optimization, and revenue impact
- Experience working with large datasets and using data visualization tools such as Omni, Looker, or similar BI tools
- Strong proficiency in SQL is a must, experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses preferred
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments using Statsig to drive data-informed decision making
